Outlook will automatically check as you go and mark the misspellings with a red line. Type the text of your message in each language. After you decide how to resolve the misspelling (ignoring it, adding it to the program’s dictionary, or changing it), the program moves to the next misspelled word. Outlook will remember this setting so you won't need to set it again. If the program finds spelling mistakes, a dialog box appears with the first misspelled word found by the spelling checker. Select Detect language automatically > OK. Open a new email message, place the cursor in the body of the message, and select Edit > Language > Language.
